Would I Be Transferred to a Foster Home for This?

You would only be in juvie if you committed some crime or if you've been taken out of an abusive home. If you've been taken out of an abusive home situation you'd be put into foster care. Your mother could have you arrested for punching her and you'd be taken to juvie. You need some intervention here, call the Department of Child Protective Services and explain your situation to them, they'll take appropriate action.
