Why do other countries have such a problem with Americans ?

I guess that's how Americans have been portrayed on TV, like on That 70's Show, an other comedy shows. Plus, it's not like only other countries talk trash about Americans. People from America ( of all races, whether it be black, white, Asian) talk trash about other countries, too. Americans are the biggest stereotypers in the world.
