Recently diagnosed with developmental disorder and just recovering from 2yrs of severe depression......advice?

Check with your doctors. They can better determine if your disability is hindering your ability to "handle those things on your own." Regardless, if your mother is disconnected from the care you need, maybe you need to live somewhere else?
