Listen man i dont want to be a douch or anything but it seems to me that you need to stand up for yourself a little more a lot of people expect things to be given to them one of the biggest examples is asking God to help them with a situation that only they themselves can handle, i came from an extemly abusive family like yours and i couldnt do anything about it while i was there but when i got out i was happy, although it did mess with my head when i though of why it was only me who got messed with in my family, i know your pain man trust me, I started going to a therapist and i got perscribed an anti depressant, and it really has helped me a lot, when you say that you cant enjoy anything anymore your just giving up on yourself, do you really think that anyone would care if i wasnt enjoying anything anymore? no but i would, you need to get help from a therapist or something man, do what you have to do and give it time, trust me you will eventually come out of that state and be a whole different person, you'll be more fun, happy, and better off take my advice for it and get help before its too late... p.s. dont let other people tell yu about joining a club or anything because that doesnt work and stop looking for God to save yu, you have your own life and God is always with you in your heart and in your consious

Why did so many voters deny that they voted for Obama because he is black and then proudly boast " We needed to elect a black President now and I am soooo proud that I voted for the black candidate " ?

It is a stereotype, not all black people have a lot of children. I work as a counselor at a pregnancy center that deals with unplanned pregnancies and I can tell you, I see more white women who are very young, unmarried and have 3+ kids.

my boyfriend of 8months...Hes been through a lot. I went through it with him. Lets start before we started dating. He told me i was pretty every now and then, tell me sweet things. His sister died a month after we started talking. He was very distant to the point he pushed me away, but I remained by his side to support him. we got passed that. 4 months later we started dating. He was still very sweet and what not. but now hes getting kinda of reclusive with his feelings. He doesn't say the things he used to say. I really do like him alot. And i'm willing to stick with him. I just want some opinions as to why the cold all of a sudden. he won't tell me how he feels about me even when i ask. Kinda worrisome, but a lot of people say thats normal. I dont know what normal is.

My dad is so annoying that I want to kill him?

okay first of all, don't die or kill him, its not going to solve anything. I know what you are going through, there were many times when i was extremely upset at my parents and felt the same way, my brother is smarter than me and it seems like he can do no wrong. I promise you it gets better when you get older, you just need to wait until college when you can get out of the house and be on your own and tension will lessen. Don't go and do something irrational that will stay with you for the rest of your life, it could be a lot worse, you are not getting physically abused, you have food, clothes, a place to live. I know it's difficult but just hang in there and try not to argue, it doesn't get you anywhere.

Am i getting too jealous or is there something i should be worrying about?

Okay. I sometimes get jealous when my girlfriend hangs out with other guys because of the whole protective thing. But recently, my girlfriend has been hanging out with 2 of her guy friends, her and the two of them. Now, both of them are geeks, and seemingly unattractive, but it still makes me wonder if shes doing something behind my back. One reason is that one of her friends she was hanging out with was boasting he could last an hour and a half about sex, and she told me she was walking past him when she heard it and she said 2 hours. She said that her guy friend said that hes jealous of how long i can last, since she mentioned 2 hours to him reffering to us. It makes me wonder if she said that because she wants to instigate something to him or what? Another reason im suspiscious is because she leaves for like 6 hours with 2 of her guy friends. Like today, she was talking to me on facebook, and i was mad because she hadnt responded to my texts in like 5 hours, yet she was on facebook on her phone. I asked her what she was doing, and at 10:30 at night, she was apparently on her phone listening to music while sitting on a slide in a park with two of her guy friends. I asked her why and how she finds it fun, and she said that just talking to her guy friends is fun. Maybe im worrying too much, but i dont see how you need to meet up with 2 guy friends in a park at night just to talk and listen to music. I told her if she wants to talk to them she can do it over a phone. Anyway, i asked her if she does anything with her guy friends she isnt suppose to, and shje says no, and i belive her. But maybe im worrying too much, but i just dont find it okay how she goes to parks with her firends just to talk. Should i question her again?
